I and all our staff have families and responsibilities which take up a huge amount of time. I am a daughter, a wife, an aunt, a sister, a landlord, a business owner, a PT nurse and a grandmother. I do all the cleaning, shopping, cooking, yard work and the list goes on. BUT! I always make time to work out. It is important to me and makes me a better more grounded and healthier individual.
